St. Rita’s Square is a senior living facility with upscale independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments located in a historic neighborhood on Milwaukee’s lower eastside. The construction is a split-level precast parking structure podium with 6 stories of proprietary joist bearing on a light-gauge bearing wall system.
